Customer complaint......
"It's HOT!!! My AC isn't cooling my house....."
This picture shows WHY it's important to service your unit. It was so dirty there was minimal air flow and it was also low on freon.
Cleaned up the debris from unit and added freon. AC unit is working as it should. Suggested that the unit have a maintenance plan set up to prevent further issues.
